OUR SERVICES
We offer mental health and substance abuse services for children, youth, adults, older adults, and their families. We offer bilingual services through a variety of outpatient, prevention, and treatment programs.
We offer mental health and alcohol and drug services for all ages through education, prevention, early intervention, crisis services, assessments, case management, medication services, psychiatric evaluations, peer services, and outpatient therapy. Individual, group, and family services are provided by amazing and compassionate professionals that are competent, qualified, and bilingual. Staff are trained in multiple specialty areas and located at our clinics in Madera, Chowchilla, and Oakhurst. We accept Medi-Cal, private insurance, offer payment plans, and do not refuse services based on ability to pay.
Services can include:
- Assessment- an evaluation to determine need
- Counseling / Therapy- individual, family, and/or group therapies
- Psychiatric Services- evaluation and monitoring of psychiatric medication
- Dual Diagnosis Treatment- for individuals with mental health and substance abuse needs
- Case Management- to help connect individuals and families to community resources
- Prevention and Education- information and educational courses
- Emergency/ Crisis services- available 24/7 for all individuals who may be a potential danger to themselves or others
You may also receive treatment and/or referral to community partners.

GET STARTED:
How to get started with non-crisis services for you and your family.
STEP 1
Call our office at (559)395-0451. When you call, we will ask about your concerns. You will then be given an appointment for an evaluation that will help us better understand your needs.
STEP 2
Prepare yourself for the appointment by making a list of concerns and questions to discuss with the mental health professional. Also prepare documents such as your Social Security and Medi-Cal cards, current address, phone number, and any case information if you are being referred from another Agency . You will be seen regardless of your ability to pay.
STEP 3
Go to your appointment. Bring your related documents. At your appointment, you will meet with a mental health professional that will connect you to the programs or services that best address your needs. You may receive treatment and/ or referrals to community partners.
