2025 PERMIT RENEWAL
On November 1, 2024, our office began renewing pesticide use permits expiring on December 31, 2024. Pesticide use permits includes both operator identification number (OP/ID) and restricted materials permit (RMP). Please visit our PUE - Permitting Forms web page to obtain the permitting forms necessary for your renewal or to obtain a pesticide use permit for the first time in Madera County. We will process the permits in the order that we received them, so we encourage you to submit your completed paperwork to our office as early as you can.

New Regulations become effective on January 1, 2024. The Department of Pesticide Regulation (DPR) has adopted regulations to limit neonicotinoid pesticide product use in the production of certain agricultural commodities. Burrowing Vertebrate Pest Fumigation
