Single Trip Transportation Permit: $16.00

• Mail in a check or money order with a permit application to Madera County Public Works, 200 W 4th Street, Madera, CA 93637
• Online Payment: Please make your payment online at ACI Payments and then send the Official Payment confirmation and permit application to mcpwpermits@maderacounty.com

 A permit application will be required for each permit requested. Failure to fill out a complete application will result in a delay in processing the permit.
