Cal/OSHA's COVID-19 Non-Emergency Regulations |

These non-emergency regulations apply to all employers, employees, and places of employment with a few exemptions: single-employee operations with no contacts, remote work, and employees covered by the Aerosol Transmissible Diseases Regulation.
