  • California Secretary of State Domestic Partners Registry: To file for or terminate a Domestic Partnership.  All completed forms must be sent to the California Secretary of State.

  • California Courts/Court Interpreters or American Translators Association: If any part of a document to be recorded with the Madera County Recorder's office contains any language other than English, the portion of the document that is in another language must be translated.  This translation must be completed by a California Court Interpreter or an accredited translator registered with the American Translators Association.  All translations must include a notarized declaration signed by the interpreter or translator and will be certified by the County Clerk for a fee of $10.00.
