The Recorder's Office is pleased to announce that electronic recording is now available for government offices and other agencies including title companies, attorneys, and lending institutions.  This service is currently being utilized by EDD, Franchise Tax Board, Department of Child Support Services, the Madera County Tax Collector, local and national title companies and attorneys.

This service is provided by the California Electronic Recording Network Authority or CeRTNA, a joint powers authority which provides a web portal for electronic recording.  Documents submitted electronically by non-governmental agencies must be done using a CeRTNA authorized agent and submitter.   Potential submitters must contact one of the authorized agents from the list below to begin the process.
