Land Use Program

The Land Use Program protects and promotes the health and well-being of the public through the application of environmental safeguards that are included in Environmental Health Programs, State and Federal regulations. It seeks to prevent public health hazards and mitigate environmental degradation that may result from improperly planned land developments.
