Parents receiving support can now apply for direct deposit by visiting the California Child Support website.

Please note that the enrollment process requires you to provide your Social Security Number and Participant Identification number. Your Participant ID will be the same as you use with the Madera County Child Support Office

Electronic Payment Card

The Electronic Payment Card (EPC) looks like and is used the same as a debit or credit card. To apply for the EPC card, please visit the State Disbursement website.

The Electronic Payment Card is managed by Way2GO. Please contact the Way2Go Customer Service Department at (844) 318-0740 to address problems or concerns.
